Zero Child Labour Policy

Since the company’s founding in 2018, D√©corify Home Collections has strictly prohibited the use of child labour in its operations. The Ministry of Labour of the Government of India has mandated that all businesses operating in the country employ employees who are at least 18 years old. We do not impose any pressure, compulsion, or force on any of our employees; they are all responsible adults who make their own decisions about their own life. Because they are so crucial to the achievement of their goals, we believe that children must be treated with the greatest respect and care possible.

Care About The Environment

Decorify Home Collections has always worked with an eye towards the environment and will continue to do so in the future. Everything we do, from our technology to our processes, is designed and implemented to produce high-quality items while complying to strict environmental standards. The following practises have been implemented in order to achieve this objective: restricting any useless waste and emissions through components; ensuring that the process of reuse and recycling is followed on a routine basis; efficient energy use through corporate governance and commonly performed practises; efficient water use via performance management systems and routine industry practices; abolishing the use of toxic materials in operations; and, last but not least, total quality management.
